 Snuggle up in front of the fireplace in the great room or enjoy the outdoors on the screen porch overlooking the view.  The fully appointed kitchen features custom oak cabinets, stainless steel appliances and dining area - also overlooking the beautiful view.  The primary bedroom is located on the upper level and features a private ensuite as well as sitting room.  Back on the main level you'll find two guest rooms and a bathroom.  The lower level is a nice open space with living area, laundry, and full bath.  You'll also find a second screened porch with hot tub on this level.  

This 3BR/3BA retreat accommodates up to 4 occupants, with a no-smoking policy and consideration for a small dog upon request. 

Rent is set at $2500 per month, with tenants responsible for all utilities.

Move In requires 1st Full Month's Rent $2500 (plus pro-rated if partial moving in mid-month), Security Deposit of $2500 and proof of Renters Insurance Policy paid for the first year.   

Soft goods (sheets, towels, comforters, etc.) are not included with furnished rentals. 

 Resident will need to provide their own.   
 

All occupants 18 years of age or older must pay the $75 non-refundable application fee, complete the application and, if approved, be on the lease.
